This person clearly didn’t know what they wanted. They bought a product that was clearly described as "business leads," and that’s exactly what they got. But after the purchase, they started complaining, saying they wanted a method to get the leads instead—something they never mentioned before placing the order.
If someone cannot even take the time to read the product description or the details clearly explained to them and then claims they did not get what they wanted despite receiving exactly what was described what more can you expect When you deliver exactly what was promised and still get an unreasonable response or review it says more about them than the service provided
He also expects me to refund him, even though it was clearly stated that his funds were used for spamming to generate the leads. Now he thinks I’ll refund him my own money along with the leads he received. It’s just another ridiculous excuse from the buyer.
As this is our final response on the matter, we feel it’s necessary to provide a clear explanation once more. As stated in the product description, it includes sources that offer valuable information on real-life targets. The product was published in 2023, and now as we approach 2025, some of the sources may have been discontinued. Unfortunately, it seems that the buyer did not verify the publication date before making the purchase, which led to their misunderstanding and subsequent complaint.
That said, the majority of the sources are still active and fully functional. We believe the review may be based on a misconception, as it’s uncommon for most clients to go through older products and then complain that they don’t align with newer releases.
To avoid such situations in the future, we kindly ask all potential buyers to contact the vendor ahead of time if you have any questions or concerns. Please refrain from making assumptions based on outdated information and understand that the product may still serve your needs as advertised.

I’m out, peace Craxians.
