2. The BASIC plan is not suitable for Windows 10 due to its low specifications.
3. Price is for one-month rental.
4. Your RDP will be delivered 1-12 hours after the payment received.
5. Our RDP didn't support emulator.
6. Please note that our warranty only covers technical issues that prevent the RDP service from functioning properly during the active period. Issues related to IP blocking, software installation/error/compatibility, and similar cases are not covered under warranty.

Terms of Condition:
1. You are allowed to restart the RDP service, but you are not allowed to shut it down completely.
2. You are allowed to change your password at any time.
3. You are NOT allowed doing activities such as mining, DDoS attacks, torrenting, exploit, mass-mail, spamming, or any similar activities.
4. You are NOT allowed to install VPN apps on our service. However, you are allowed to use a VPN on a browser extension.
5. You are NOT allowed to update the Windows. If you do get a notification about Windows Update, you can simply ignore it.
6. You are NOT allowed to utilizing the CPU beyond 80% for long periods. To prevent this, you can set CPU affinity using the Task Manager.
7. You MUST use rotating proxies/residential proxies for activities like cracking, checking account, carding, and similiar activities.
8. You are only allowed to use a proxy server through a web browser or application/software. Using a proxy server through the Control Panel is not allowed.
9. You are unable to change your IP, plan, server location, and/or username once your order has been processed.
10. Your use of our service is subject to our warranty terms. If you violate the terms of service, we may terminate your service and/or void your warranty.

Refund Policy:
1. Refunds will only be issued if the Service is not functional and we are unable to provide a solution within a reasonable amount of time.
2. Refunds will not be issued if the user has violated any of our terms and conditions, or if the user has caused damage or harm to the Service, other users, or third parties.
3. Refunds will not be issued for issues related to IP blocking, software installation, or similar issues.
4. Refunds will not be issued if the user has used all the bandwidth given.
5. Refunds will not be issued if the service is beyond the 21-day warranty.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the buyer wants to change the IP, plan, server location, and/or username.
7. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the service being delivered.
8. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase and will be deducted from miner fee/network fee/PayPal fee.
9. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that the user has violated any of our terms and conditions, or if we determine that the refund request is fraudulent or abusive.
